Spam is unsolicited commercial email, junk mail, or bulk mail that has not been requested by the recipient. In addition to wasting valuable resources and time, spam is intrusive, irrelevant and often offensive. Typically, spam emails do not contain an option to unsubscribe from the mailing list. We have a zero tolerance policy for spam. Spam is not an accepted promotion technique and we do not engage in spam. Use of the Site to send spam, chain letters, junk mail or any other type of unsolicited mass e-mail is strictly prohibited. If we receive any complaint of you sending spam from the Site, we will investigate the complaint. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against any violation of this Ant-Spam policy, including termination of the user account. We may also initiate legal action against the violators of this Anti-Spam policy. We reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion what constitutes spam.
You expressly agree to comply with this Anti-Spam Policy. You agree not to use the Site to send unsolicited email or bulk email, whether or not for commercial purposes.

Use of the Site in connection with the transmission of spam, may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against the sender and those assisting the sender. If damages of any kind are levied against us, we will pursue full legal recourse against the sender under any and all applicable laws.
If you believe that you have received spam from or through the Site or services, please send a complaint from your email account along with the unsolicited email, with completed header, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide any other information that you believe may help us in our investigation. We do not investigate or take any action based on “anonymous” spam complaints.
The federal anti-spam law preempts all state laws. While this law will not stop spam, it does make most spam illegal and ultimately less attractive to spammers. The penalties can include a fine and/or imprisonment for up to 5 years.
